MUCONASAL PLUS SPRAY 10ml.- Blocked Nose,Relieve Swelling Nasal Mucosa
Ingredients:1 ml solution contains 1,18 mg tramazoline hydrochloride (tramazoline hydrochloride) (0.118%).
Other ingredients: Citric acid monohydrate, sodium hydroxide, benzalkonium chloride, hypromellose, povidone, glycerol 85%, magnesium sulphate heptahydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, calcium chloride dihydrate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium chloride, cineol, levomenthol, grape camphor, purified water .
Action: The active ingredient in Muconasal ® Plus Spray, tramazoline hydrochloride is an alpha-sympathomimetic who owns the pressor effect and immediately reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa.
This led to an immediate and sustained reduction of swelling and nasal discharge.
After intranasal administration of Muconasal ® Plus Spray, usually after 5 minutes, occurs local vasoconstriction that lasts 8 to 10 hours.

Muconasal Plus Spray is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
Interactions: If both the medicinal product is taken antidepressants (MAO inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressants) or medicines for high blood pressure effects on the cardiovascular system can lead to hypertension.
